Uh, uh, uh. Did I like this one! Definitely better than the first book. So much drama! This one still was cringy and made me roll my eyes sometimes, but the way the story unfolded – it was an interesting read.
I do have some issues with the story. Be warned, spoilers ahead.
First, I also need to share this image. It made me giggle.

Feyre darling, how can you trust and forgive the one who invaded your mind, literally paraded you around like a pet and made you drunk and touched you? Please explain. How can a simple sorry and batting of eyelashes be forgivable for this kind of behaviour?
I mean, I get it. Tamlin shut you out, never treated you like an equal and then actually imprisoned you, while he knew you barely escaped from a prison before. But come on, if you can't forgive this behaviour, how can you forgive *gasp* sexual assault?
Dear author, there are young, impressionable, girls reading this story. And you're saying this kind of behaviour is okay. It's not, though. I mean, on some pages, Feyre is all strong and claims to be independent; and then on other pages, she submits completely to another male and wants to wear dresses for him, and you know, have his children – yes, yes, she says when she's ready. But still… This kind of behaviour isn't okay and you're actually sending mixed signals to the impressionable readers.

I gave 5 stars to book #1 - can I take it back so book #2 can have all 5 stars on its own? And add the moon to it.
This was... I have no words for it.
