City of Heavenly Fire

After a week and a half of reading CoHF I'm finally finished. The ending felt bittersweet, because I'm happy that this chapter of my life (meaning teenage years) are finally over with this series which I adored and at the same time I'm sad that it's finished. It's always that way when you love a series of books so much and then with the last page it ends.
Thank god we got a tv series because I'm going to watch the hell out of it (and I'm so freaking happy with the casting!!!)

I'm giving it 3.5 stars > I really, really don't like Clare's writing style anymore. And I don't think I'll read other books in Shadowhunter series. Not for me anymore. So, au revoir shadowhunters!!

One word: Alec!




I never thought I will say this, he was always annoying as shit to me, but in this book, Alec has SWAG...somehow with his broken heart, he pulled that stick out of his ass and find his spine.
He made this book for me better than I expected. Touché.

I admit, I read this book, because it is the last one. We all know this series should END with the 3rd book. And I don't think I will continue with 10000 new series about Shadowhunters from Cassy, enough is enough.

Nevertheless, I enjojed the book and I'm happy with the ending.



Why Alec Lightwood Won't Make A Pie:
